Job summary

This full-time role involves diagnosing electrical issues, installing systems, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform fault-finding and manufacture of distribution panels.
  • Install and commission electrical systems, panels, and wiring.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime.

Skills

18th or 17th Edition wiring regulations
Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

What You'll Be Doing...

KES are looking for an innovative individual to join our Factory in our Southampton Branch.

Initial Duties will include –

  • Perform fault‑finding and manufacture pf distribution panels.
  • Install and commission electrical systems, panels and wiring.
  • Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, electrical standards and company policies.
  • Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Manufacture goods in accordance with instructions detailed on worksheet.
  • Comply with regulations when manufacturing.
  • Support factory production staff when required.

The position is 07:30-16:00, Monday to Friday with no evening, weekend or bank holiday working.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Schedule:

  • 7.5 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
