• Experienced in the management of Facilities and services.
• Hold a full valid UK driving licence.
• Able to communicate at all levels & record detailed, accurate maintenance information.
• Experienced in the management of teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates and plan meetings with the Regional Facilities manager.
• Attend Daily team meetings to plan & prioritise works.
• Manage repair and installation work onsite.
• Identify works needing external contractors and manage their performance.
• Complete internal site audits as per policy.
• Manage Facilities Management portals and update jobs.
