Qualifications

  • Experience of working to strict SLAs & KBIs is required.
  • High level of accuracy in work output is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls for a growing multi-contract Helpdesk.
  • Live Call logging on Internal CAFM systems.
  • Assigning and Dispatching to various resources.
  • Pro-actively monitor and chase work orders to completion.
