Qualifications

• Good understanding of Health and Safety procedures and risk management.
• Experience with Quality procedures including HACCP & GMP.
• Experience supervising or coordinating soft services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee soft service facilities activities ensuring compliance and safety.
• Manage delivery of cleaning, pest control, waste management and more.
• Act as the main contact for contract management and risk assessments.
• Conduct reviews with suppliers to ensure service delivery.
• Monitor activities against KPIs and budget.
