About the Role

Main Purpose
To provide everyday excellence in supporting and assisting Schools, addressing their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This involves handling various customer interactions, including phone calls and emails, logging and updating tasks. Interactions and tasks to be completed within the account standard level agreement. The Facilities Administrator should strive to provide outstanding experiences to any customer who they deal with knowing that they will leave an everlasting impact because of the positive interaction delivered.

  • Handle day‑to‑day queries from stakeholders, escalating complex issues as required. Manage routine administrative tasks and general business‑as‑usual activities promptly as by adapting this approach you will ’delight clients’.
  • In the rare situations that there is an emergency, you will be calm and reassure the caller that you are taking ownership and you will ensure that the task is created, assigned and an update given on the ETA.
  • Data Management: Collect, organise, and maintain data in line with established quality standards. Support data assurance processes under the guidance of senior management.
  • Financial & Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports and budgets. Assist in budget creation and year‑end reconciliation in collaboration with the financial team.
  • Project & System Support: Assist in implementing new systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Presentation & Communication: Provide support in preparing materials for annual briefings and other presentations.
  • Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
