Overview

A wonderful opportunity exists to join the Board of our amazing, award winning charity. Westbank is a very special, very successful charity that is continuing to grow and extend the reach of our services across the whole of Devon and beyond.

What difference will you make?

As a member of our Board you will help shape the strategic direction of Westbank, and provide a valuable layer of operational and financial governance. You will be part of a team of dynamic (but fun!) Trustees who make a difference to our community. And we aren't demanding! You will be asked to attend a 2 hour Board Meeting quarterly, and perhaps a few hours support in between. Unless you want to do more!

What are we looking for?

We welcome applications from individuals regardless of the specific skills you can offer – but in particular our board would benefit from expertise in the areas of Finance, Commercial law and/or fundraising/income generation.

What will you be doing?

We are looking to expand our Board of Trustees and have opportunities for Trustees who can bring their skills to the Board of this award‑winning charity. Specifically we have opportunities for Trustees with Finance and Business expertise. However, Westbank is in a dynamic stage of expansion and we welcome hearing from you if you have any other skills you can bring to our Board to support the governance and growth of our varied services.
