The Role

As a Night Shift Fabricator Welder, you will:

Read and interpret technical drawings and weld plans

Fabricate and weld structural steel components to tight tolerances

Carry out MIG welding to a high standard

Perform cutting, burning, grinding, and finishing operations

Operate fabrication machinery, overhead cranes, and hand tools safely

Inspect your own work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards

Work closely with the night shift team to meet production targets

About You

Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder

Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes

Competent in MIG welding

Confident reading and working from engineering drawings

Safety-focused, reliable, and detail-driven

Comfortable working night shifts as part of a team
