Job summary

A leading facilities management company is seeking a candidate for a mobile role covering Swindon, Oxford, and Reading. The role involves carrying out routine and reactive maintenance tasks while providing high-quality support to Facilities Management contracts. The ideal candidate will have a background in a fabric trade, understand Health and Safety legislation, and possess a full clean driving license. Responsibilities

• Carry out routine tasks as defined by the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Perform reactive maintenance including minor repairs to doors and windows.
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment to ensure they are fit for use.
• Undertake small works and variation tasks as issued by the Help Desk.

Skills

Experience in a fabric trade background

Sound understanding of Health and Safety Legislation

Ability to interface with customer staff

Ability to be a self-starter

Full clean driving license

IPAF & PASMA certification
