The Council has a dynamic approach to procurement, developing innovative approaches to sourcing and focused on the delivery of Best Value. The Council’s expectations for this role reflects our status as a “F1” PCIP performance organisation.You should have extensive experience in procurement, with a high standard of technical knowledge of procurement regulations and qualified to at least CIPS level 4. The successful candidate will be flexible, motivated and committed to the delivery of Best Value for the Council.
