The Role:

As an Experienced Landscaper, you will be responsible for the construction and installation of a wide range of landscaping features, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. Working on a variety of bespoke, high-spec residential projects you will require a creative eye and strong attention to detail. No two gardens are the same. This is a hands‑on, physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a solid understanding of landscaping materials and construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laying patios, paving, decking, driveways, and paths (using materials such as stone, porcelain, clay paver, etc.)
• Building retaining walls, raised beds, and steps
• Installing fencing, gates, pergolas, and other garden structures
• Reading and interpreting landscaping plans and drawings
• Operating power tools and landscaping machinery safely and efficiently
• Ground preparation, including drainage and levelling
• Working independently or managing and collaborating with a small team on‑site, delegating tasks, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard and on schedule
• Communicating with clients and colleagues in a professional manner
• Ensuring all work is carried out to meet health & safety regulations
• Adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of materials, tools, and installation techniques
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings/plans
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• CSCS Card (preferred but not essential)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Good problem‑solving skills and initiative
