Qualifications

• Experience delivering CDM/H&S advice in a consultancy setting or as a contractor.
• Ability to lead projects and manage design risk effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project compliance with CDM 2015 across various sectors.
• Serve as the CDM Advisor to Clients, assisting in fulfilling duties.
• Produce F10 documentation for the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
• Conduct site visits and inspections, reporting findings to the Client.

Skills

NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate

Membership in the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH)

Excellent knowledge of CDM Regulations and H&S legislation

Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize workloads
