A prominent mental health service provider in Birmingham seeks a Band 5 PA to assist Clinical Directors in the Acute and Urgent Care Service. Qualifications

• Experience working at a senior secretary level.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and service meetings for Clinical Directors.
• Coordinate day-to-day diary management.
• Produce presentation material and reports.
