Job summary

A community support organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Community Carer to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. About the Role

Being a Community Carer is a heartwarming role, it’s all about helping individuals in our community to stay in their own home, with all their home comforts and remain independent for as long as possible. As a Community Carer you will be…

  • Providing personal care and support in clients own homes, such as washing, dressing, food preparation etc.
  • Administer medication in line with a clients care plan - full training will be provided.
  • Ensuring that all relevant documentation is promptly maintained and recorded accurately.
  • Supporting our clients to enjoy life and remain as independent as possible, for as long as possible.
  • A kind, caring and passionate person who is able to brighten up our clients' day.
  • A part of a close knit team who are dedicated to providing the best possible support to our clients as well as supporting each other.

  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service, able to go the extra mile to remember the little things; milky tea with 2 sugars please!
  • Respectful of the dignity and privacy of others, you’ll be visiting their homes and providing personal care.
  • Able to work upon your own initiative with strong timekeeping skills, no two days will be the same.
