To lead the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality estates and facilities operations across New Milton Town Council’s diverse portfolio. This role ensures the proactive management, maintenance, and compliance of all council-owned assets, supporting vibrant public spaces and community wellbeing.

Duties will include:
  • To lead the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality estates and facilities operations across New Milton Town Council’s diverse portfolio. This role ensures the proactive management, maintenance, and compliance of all council-owned assets, supporting vibrant public spaces and community wellbeing.
  • Other key responsibilities include careful management of budgets, management reporting to Council Committees, whilst continuing to develop, implement and improve the overall operations of the council’s activities
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • The ability to motivate, influence and guide others towards successful outcomes, with proven experience of leading a multi-skill team.
  • The successful candidate will need strong communication and relationship management skills, confidently dealing with contractors, suppliers, leaseholders and a wide range of community stakeholders.
  • Your hands-on approach will ensure that we have a strong team who respond and adapt to dynamic situations and environments, whilst maintaining the required high standards of service.
  • Those high standards will be driven by your passion for green and open spaces and the vision to inspire civic pride
