Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine has won the Times Higher Education 2025 Outstanding Estates Team Award! We’re now expanding our Estates team and looking for a dedicated Estates Compliance Officer to help us maintain a safe and legally compliant campus environment at LSTM.
In this role, you’ll support the Estates Team by maintaining accurate health and safety records, coordinating statutory inspections, and ensuring remedial actions are completed promptly. You’ll provide essential administrative support, including raising purchase orders, preparing reports, updating databases, and managing documentation to support compliance activity.
You’ll also coordinate and monitor compliance across a range of specialist systems, including fire safety, water and legionella, electrical systems, gas and pressure systems, HVAC and mechanical plant, lifts and lifting equipment, asbestos, and specialist laboratory equipment such as autoclaves.
