A leading auction firm in the UK is looking for an Equipment Inspector to perform thorough visual inspections and functional testing on heavy equipment. The ideal candidate has experience in equipment inspections and a strong customer service orientation. This full-time role requires working in various weather conditions and climbing large machinery. Overtime is expected due to the event-driven nature of the company.

It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full‑time and part‑time roles to conduct a successful multi‑million dollar auction – from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.
The Equipment Inspectors are part of our Detailed Equipment Information (DEI) team. They are responsible to perform accurate and thorough visual inspections (e.g. wear points, damage, hour meter readings, etc.) and functional testing (e.g. basic operations) on heavy equipment.
