Qualifications

  • Interest or experience in the environment and/or land-based sustainable development.
  • Experience of working within a Project or PMO environment.
  • Evidence of confident communication skills in person and digitally.
  • Demonstrated collaboration and eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Relevant discipline qualification or project management experience.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support project proposals including determining project requirements and budgets.
  • Assist in developing project management documents like plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
  • Ensure health and safety information is accessible for site visits.
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and track actions.
  • Manage information through Common Data Environments.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Assist in administration of supplier contracts.
