Qualifications

We're looking for a Environmental Manager to champion our sustainability strategy and embed responsible business practices across our operations and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain our Environmental Management System (EMS) and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and environmental legislation.
  • Drive improvements in energy, carbon, water, waste, and emissions performance.
  • Deliver projects that support Net Zero and circular economy ambitions.
  • Manage waste streams and recycling partnerships, ensuring compliance with effluent discharge consents.
  • Partner with procurement and supply chain to ensure ethical sourcing and sustainable packaging.
  • Represent the business to customers, regulators, and community groups on sustainability matters.
  • Inspire and engage colleagues to build a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement.
