The Opportunity

We’re hiring an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying leads, driving new business opportunities across the EMEA region. Our role focuses on building relationships with senior decision-makers in global enterprises through intent‑based, high‑quality and personalised outreach.

You’ll be part of the modernisation of our global demand generation engine—powered by next‑generation AI tooling designed to help BDRs work smarter, personalise outreach at scale and build a higher‑quality pipeline with precision.

Our ideal candidate is business‑fluent in English and German, thrives in an agile environment, and is proficient working within complex enterprise sales cycles.

Reporting to our BDR Team Lead, you can expect to:

  • Act as an Intelligent Change Management (ICM) advisor, helping our audience understand that there is a new, intelligent way to manage SAP change and address the evolving challenges they face
  • Identify and research key decision‑makers within target accounts using tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and Salesforce
  • Conduct personalised, intent‑based outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, as well as follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and events
  • Qualify leads using a structured framework (e.g., MEDPICC) before passing them to Sales for progression
  • Document all activities, insights, and engagement details within Salesforce for visibility and future follow‑up
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment on messaging, account targeting, and campaign strategy
  • Focus on quality conversations and high‑value interactions that result in qualified Sales Qualified Accounts (SQAs aka meetings booked) and pipeline generation
  • Stay informed on SAP ecosystem developments, market trends, and competitive dynamics to enhance relevance in outreach
  • Contribute to the culture of collaboration and continuous learning, working closely with the Enterprise BDR Team Lead to refine tactics and strategy
Is this opportunity for you?

To help you establish whether this role is for you, these are the key foundational characteristics you will need to be set up for success:

  • BDR or Inside Sales experience, selling B2B SaaS or Enterprise software solutions
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in global enterprises through tailored, intent‑based outreach
  • Proven success in complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Business level fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Persistent and resilient mindset
  • Comfortable operating in a start‑up or scale‑up environment, with curiosity and proactivity in adopting new tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn)
Desired skills
  • Success working independently within a global, cross‑functional team
