Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing engineering or hard-services delivery in high-end residential or mixed-use environments.
  • Proven ability to lead in-house teams and external contractors, maintaining compliance and service excellence.
  • Strong working knowledge of statutory systems (L8, EICR, SFG20, LOLER, PUWER, building regulations).
