We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager — ideally with FinTech or payments experience — to strengthen the heart of our payments engine.

As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a high-impact team focused on end-to-end optimization and automation in payment processing, reducing manual effort in treasury management and FX trading, and delivering measurable business impact. This role combines technical leadership with people management: you’ll drive high-quality, scalable solutions while mentoring and growing talented engineers.

What you’ll do:
Leadership & Team Growth

Lead and support the day-to-day activities of a high-impact engineering team

Hire, mentor, and develop team members, fostering ownership and accountability

Set priorities, track success against goals, and ensure delivery to high standards

Technical Strategy & Delivery

Provide technical direction, driving pragmatic and scalable solutions

Solve complex technical challenges with deep analysis

Manage estimates, risks, and progress across multiple projects

Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability remain central to delivery

Partner with Product Managers, QA, SRE, and stakeholders across the organization

Influence product and platform strategy through technical insights

What we’re looking for:

4+ years managing engineering teams (ideally in a regulated industry)

6+ years professional software engineering experience

Proven background in designing and scaling distributed systems

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

FinTech or payments industry experience is a strong plus
