Job summary

A development organization is seeking an Engineering Manager to manage and coordinate all engineering aspects of projects in Sheffield. The ideal candidate has relevant experience and qualifications in engineering, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the full development process. This full-time role offers a chance to lead a multidisciplinary team and work on significant development projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification and/or broad experience in Technical/planning with an Engineering focus.
• Strong knowledge of the full development/Technical process.
• Ability to create and manage programmes, particularly Critical Path.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of Engineering for development.
• Advise on planning approvals and coordinate consultants.
• Liaise with Statutory Authorities and manage the adoption process.
