Qualifications

• Accreditation as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
• Experience in Stock Condition Surveys is a strong advantage.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domestic energy assessments (EPCs).
• Conduct retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035 standards.
• Complete stock condition surveys.
• Deliver accurate, detailed reports.
• Liaise with homeowners and landlords.
