Job summary

A high-profile London accountancy firm is seeking a qualified professional to join their Employment Tax team. In this client-facing role, you'll advise entrepreneurial businesses and listed companies on various employment tax matters, including compliance and advisory projects. The firm promotes a healthy work/life balance and offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from home 2-3 days a week. This position provides excellent career progression opportunities towards Senior Manager and Director grades.

Qualifications

Job description

A great opportunity to join the Employment Tax team of a high profile London accountancy firm.

Working with high profile Partners and Directors, you’ll perform a client‑facing role, advising a dynamic portfolio of growing entrepreneurial businesses and listed companies. You’ll have the opportunity to advise on a broad range of employment tax issues including, IR35, PAYE/NIC, termination payments, employer compliance reviews and the CIS.

This is a supportive environment where you will be encouraged to develop your technical and non‑technical skills, whilst progressing your career towards Senior Manager and Director grades.

You’ll need to be CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent), with demonstrable experience of handling a range of employment tax compliance and advisory projects.

The firm values a healthy work/life balance and discourages a long hours culture. They have also adopted hybrid working, with the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days a week on average. Ref 862
