A leading health and social care provider in the UK seeks an experienced Employee Relations Adviser to join the HR team. You will manage a caseload of ER matters, provide practical advice to managers, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a CIPD Level 5 qualification and strong knowledge of UK employment law. Jewish Care is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Adviser to join our HR team and support the delivery of a high‑quality, responsive Employee Relations service across the organisation.
This role is suited to a CIPD Level 5 qualified ER professional with proven experience managing employee relations casework in a complex, values‑led or unionised environment. You will provide practical, solution focused ER advice to managers, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to effective case management, governance and continuous improvement.
The role requires strong alignment with the Jewish Care Strategic Vision and Values, excellent stakeholder management skills,ricorn, and a confident, professional approach to employee relations.
This post is working an average ofMock 36.25 hours per week (Monday to Friday) and will involve travelling to other resources across North London, East London and Essex.
