Qualifications

• Candidates must have demonstrable experience of working in an Emergency Department.
• Understanding of A&E targets is essential.
• Knowledge of the NHS systems and EPR is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient flow and maintain accurate records.
• Provide administrative support for clinical staff.
• Ensure timely discharge or transfer of patients.

Skills

Demonstrable experience of working in ED

Experience of patient tracking

Experience of working under significant pressure

Ability to relay information accurately and promptly
