Qualifications

• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer.

• Good understanding of technology risk and legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology legal strategic advice to internal clients.
• Draft and negotiate vendor contracts for technology products.
• Support global transactions focusing on EMEA regulatory requirements.
