Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in K–12 English Language Learning (ELL), curriculum development, publishing, assessment, or educational technology.
• Experience in client advisory, consulting, or solution design.
• Strong understanding of UK/EU ELL curriculum frameworks, localisation, and instructional design.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, clients, and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for ELL pedagogy, curriculum development, and instructional strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design ELL-focused digital learning solutions.
• Provide insight into UK and EU ELL market needs and client expectations.
