Job summary

A leading real estate service provider is looking for an Electrical Shift Engineer to join their team on-site in Slough. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of critical facilities MEP assets, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. We seek candidates with a strong background in electrical engineering and critical environments, as well as excellent communication skills. This position emphasizes proactive maintenance and technical reporting, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Critical Environments such as Banking HQ and Data Centres.
• Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and clear thinking.
• Demonstrate a willingness to attend on and off-site training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective inspection, operation and maintenance of all associated MEP assets.
• Make recommendations for improvement and provide concise technical reports.
• Accurate reporting of all completed work orders.
