Commercial / Industrial Property Maintenance

Up to £4,000 a month

Electricians are currently required. 18th edition qualified, ECS cardholder and able to work nationwide. Experience of retail, commercial or solar PV would be desirable but not essential.

£48,000 Basic + Overtime and Shift Allowance + Fully Expensed Company Van + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical remedial works in commercial and industrial settings
• Complete upgrades and repairs, from replacing breakers to large-scale projects
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide technical advice
• Stay updated on industry standards, including BS 7671 and IET Wiring Regulations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• City & Guilds 2391-52, NVQ Level 3, and 18th Edition qualified
• Knowledge of electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid UK driving licence
• Premium rates for unsocial hours (after 19:00 / before 07:00)
