A leading global insurance provider is seeking a Trading Underwriter in Glasgow. The successful candidate will specialize in Property, Casualty, or Motor lines. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Trading Underwriter to join our team, specialising across Property, Casualty or Motor lines of business. This is a fantastic opportunity to underwrite both new business and existing accounts, helping us achieve sustainable, profitable growth while building strong relationships with our brokers and customers.
You’ll bring a strong technical mindset, sound market awareness and the confidence to make informed, commercially astute decisions. Whether it’s assessing risk, negotiating terms or supporting broker development, you’ll play an important role in delivering high‑quality insurance solutions for our customers.
