This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.

  • Conducting research and gathering information to support high‑quality underwriting decisions.

  • Building and maintaining strong broker and client relationships to support long-term profitable growth.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends, regulatory changes and underwriting best practice.
What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience underwriting within Property, Casualty and/or Fleet, ideally with exposure to new business.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess complex information.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence making informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a broader team.
  • Knowledge of relevant market regulation, guidelines, and underwriting tools/systems.
  • A proactive mindset, professional attitude and strong work ethic.

If you’re a motivated underwriter who enjoys variety, ownership and making an impact, this role offers the chance to contribute to a high‑performing team and play a key part in our continued growth.

Join us and help shape exceptional outcomes for our customers and broker partners.
