As a Graduate Associate in the Contentious Insolvency team, you will have the unique opportunity to engage in high‑stakes situations where financial restructuring intersects with legal disputes. This role will provide you with hands‑on experience in managing contentious insolvency cases, working closely with both financial and legal professionals.

Your Responsibilities
  • Supporting the management of contentious insolvency matters, including assessments of shareholder disputes, fraudulent conveyances, and misfeasance claims.
  • Conducting thorough research and analysis to inform case strategy and evaluating the implications of financial and legal data.
  • Assisting in the preparation of documentation and presentations for client meetings and court proceedings.
  • Collaborating with senior teams to develop insights that guide our clients through complex insolvency processes.
  • Engaging with various stakeholders, including clients, legal counsel, and creditors, to facilitate effective communication and resolution.
  • Staying abreast of regulatory changes and legal developments impacting contentious insolvency.
