About the Role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong marketing skills to lead our digital presence. This person will create high-quality visual content, develop and post case studies, design newsletters, and prepare professional proposal presentations for clients and project bids. This role combines creativity with strategic communication, making it ideal for someone who enjoys taking full responsibility for brand visuals and storytelling across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Primary)

  • Create engaging visual content including graphics, layouts, digital assets, and marketing materials.
  • Design branded case study templates, brochures, posters, and digital adverts.
  • Produce high-quality proposal and presentation decks.
  • Varied presentations required for internal communications.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and communication materials.
  • Develop design concepts for campaigns and promotional materials.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow our company’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc).
  • Proactively plan, create, and schedule posts that reflect our brand and showcase our projects.
  • Develop and publish case studies: Collect project information, write short descriptions, design visual layout and post across platforms and website.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics.
  • Suggest and execute content strategies to increase reach and engagement.

Marketing Content & Newsletters

  • Work closely with the operations team to gather updates, project highlights, and announcements.
  • Create and distribute visually appealing, informative monthly newsletters, via email, to clients and subscribers.
  • Track open/click rates, and manage the list of subscribers.
Qualifications
  • Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Applications (Powerpoint primarily).
  • Experience managing business social media channels.
  • Strong copywriting skills for short-form content (posts, case studies, newsletters).
  • Ability to work closely with multiple departments to achieve client proposal deadlines and prioritise tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for consistent branding.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or technical industries.
  • Basic video editing skills (short-form content for social media).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Knowledge of website content updates (WordPress or similar).
