A leading renewable energy company in the UK is seeking apprentices for Health, Safety and Environment roles in offshore wind projects. This 2-year apprenticeship includes both on-the-job training and off-the-job learning, leading to a Level 3 qualification. As an apprentice, you will support Project HSE Managers, learn about HSE management, and gain the skills necessary for a career in this field. The starting salary is £25,000, with opportunities for career progression and personal development.

RWE Offshore Wind is offering an opportunity for a motivated individual to start a career in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) within offshore wind projects. This 2-year apprenticeship is designed to develop practical project HSE capability by embedding the apprentice within an active offshore wind project environment.
The apprenticeship follows the UK apprenticeship model with approximately 20% off-the-job learning delivered by an accredited training provider and 80% structured on-the-job learning within RWE project teams. Upon completion, the apprentice will achieve a Level 3 Safety, Health and Environment Technician qualification and meet the criteria for IOSH Technical Membership (TechIOSH).
To support Project HSE activities across the project lifecycle while developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for a future role as a Project HSE Advisor within offshore wind construction projects.
The apprentice will gain exposure to, and develop capability in, the following areas:
