A leading care provider in Scotland seeks a dedicated Head Housekeeper to lead their housekeeping team at Willow Lodge. In this role, you will ensure high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates should possess previous leadership experience or readiness to step into this role, with a strong understanding of cleaning protocols and a caring nature for residents. This position offers competitive pay and benefits, encouraging individuals to create a nurturing environment for residents.
Salary: £13.04 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

As head of our housekeeping team, you are fundamental to the smooth running of the home for our residents. You will lead, manage and be accountable for the housekeeping and laundry team to achieve and maintain Meallmore’s standards and compliance with infection control and health and safety procedures. Above all, making our residents feel at home and an environment where they love to live.
