Assistant Manager Role

As an Assistant Manager, you are on hand to resolve issues and identify innovative ways to enhance customer experience. You are loyal and passionate about our customers and your team. Partnering with the Store Manager will give you the chance to make your mark on the store and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a role model – motivate and engage your team to bring brand values to life and promote an inclusive, positive working atmosphere.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all customers, demonstrating role‑model behaviours.
  • Assist in driving sales, commercial performance and maintenance of standards, including compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Communicate efficiently on the floor and behind the scenes; develop and maintain relationships across the business.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to generate innovative and engaging marketing ideas.
  • Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising, contributing to store KPIs.
  • Educate your team and advise customers as a product expert and knowledgeable trainer.
  • Foster a supportive, productive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
  • Support all aspects of store management – opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well‑presented store.
  • Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
  • Experience in a customer‑facing role; leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
  • Flexible, adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Self‑starter and ambitious – motivated to exceed store targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
