A leading engineering and construction firm in the Greater London area is looking for a Bid Manager to oversee the entire bid lifecycle, from inception to submission. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in bid management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role includes managing proposals, supporting interview preparations, and facilitating quality reviews. A degree in a relevant field is preferred but experience may substitute. Full-time position with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

In the role of Bid Manager, we’ll count on you to:
You are responsible for managing the full bid lifecycle from inception to submission, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, covering all aspects of bid management. You act as one of the Bid Managers in the team, working closely with leadership, Project Managers, technical teams, marketing, and graphics resources. You will need to be comfortable working in a busy environment, balancing multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
