This role would suit a **confident GP vet** who leads by example, enjoys mentoring, and takes real pride in building a positive, high-performing team culture.It would be great if you’re **considering partnership now or in the future**as your role develops. You’ll work closely with Andy, the Branch Partner, helping to shape the clinical direction and long-term success of the practice.The practice is **well equipped and soon to be refurbished**, featuring digital X-ray, ultrasound, a **brand new laparoscopy** and dental suite, with access to advanced imaging, surgery, and hospitalisation through our nearby 24-hour hospital.
