A modern life sciences company in Cambridge is seeking a Product Manager responsible for managing the product portfolio from strategy through to delivery. This role requires understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and collaborating cross-functionally. Candidates should have experience in product management within the life sciences or biotechnology fields and possess strong analytical and communication skills. The Product Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of a defined product portfolio, from strategy and roadmap through to delivery, launch, and commercial success.
This is a hands‑on product management role, focused on understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, setting product direction, and ensuring products deliver measurable value for customers and the business. It is not a product marketing or communications role, and it is not a senior leadership or director‑level position.
The role is an influence position, with no direct line management responsibility, working with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Manufacturing, and external stakeholders to ensure CN Bio delivers scientifically robust, commercially successful products aligned with market needs.

This role requires demonstrated experience in product management. Experience limited primarily to product marketing, marketing communications, campaign management, or collateral creation is not sufficient for this position. We are seeking candidates who have owned products and product decisions, not only promoted them.
