Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a setter/operator position.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an automotive or aerospace environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow detailed set-up documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle smooth running of the shop floor and follow production plans.
• Maintain material and stock levels.
• Set up and operate 3 and 5-axis CNC machines.
• Ensure quality control and conduct necessary checks.
• Assist in training apprentices and team members.

Skills

Understanding of HAAS and FANUC operating systems

Effective and motivated team player

Good literacy and numeracy skills

Ability to adapt to changing requirements
