Qualifications

• Previous experience of supervising/managing manpower essential.
• Ability and willingness to train non-skilled personnel.
• MRO composite repair workshop/hangar environment preferred.
• Experience in fibreglass & carbon wet layup repair essential.
• Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and organise manpower and planning.
• Ensure documentation is completed according to maintenance and company procedures.
• Manage technical jobs and allocation of tasks.
• Develop skills of staff including apprentices and trainee mechanics.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
