• Good knowledge of construction contracts particularly the JCT & NEC Forms of Contract.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel frequently to Site, as required.

• Procure supply chain partners and assess subcontract payments.
• Contribute to Extension of Time claims and maintain commercial documentation.
