Qualifications

• Repair centre or technical repair experience is essential.
• Must possess strong hardware break/fix experience.
• GCSEs including Maths and English are required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware faults on PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Record all diagnostics and repairs accurately on company systems.
• Complete quality assurance checks on repaired devices.

Skills

Repair centre or technical repair experience

Hardware break/fix experience on desktops and laptops

Strong attention to detail and customer focus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English

CompTIA A+ certification

NVQ or qualification in IT

Tools

Knowledge of 5S or Lean working practices

Familiarity with brands such as Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Samsung, Asus, Toshiba
