About the Role

We are looking for a Repair Centre Technician to join our fast-paced Operations team at our Stafford HQ. You will play a key role in diagnosing and repairing IT equipment, ensuring devices are returned to customers quickly, safely, and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone with repair centre experience who enjoys problem-solving, working to KPIs, and delivering excellent customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair hardware faults on PCs, laptops, mobile devices, all equipment, and some servers
  • Carry out limited software fixes where required
  • Record all diagnostics and repairs accurately on company systems
  • Complete quality assurance checks on repaired devices
  • Pack and dispatch repaired equipment in line with company standards
  • Follow anti-static, Health & Safety, and data protection procedures at all times
  • Work to agreed KPIs and Service Level Agreements
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Complete required training and customer-specific accreditations (including CompTIA A+ where applicable)
