A global consulting firm is seeking a ServiceNow Test Lead to oversee a large-scale implementation for their life science client. This role requires strong leadership in quality assurance, managing testing strategies across ITSM and ITOM. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in testing, particularly in ServiceNow environments, and excellent stakeholder management skills. The position is a full-time, 6-month contract with the possibility of remote work from the UK or Europe.

ABOUT THE PROJECT: Our client is a global enterprise organization accelerating a large-scale ServiceNow implementation across multiple regions and operating companies. The program spans both ITSM and ITOM and requires strong quality assurance leadership to ensure platform stability, integration integrity, and release readiness.
Location: UK or Europe (Remote)
Duration: 6-month contract
Work hours: Full-time, aligned to regional business hours
