Job summary

A global consulting firm is seeking a ServiceNow Test Lead to oversee a large-scale implementation for their life science client. This role requires strong leadership in quality assurance, managing testing strategies across ITSM and ITOM. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in testing, particularly in ServiceNow environments, and excellent stakeholder management skills. The position is a full-time, 6-month contract with the possibility of remote work from the UK or Europe.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance, including Test Lead roles.
  • Hands-on experience testing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes.
  • Experience coordinating UAT with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Lead system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and regions.
  • Manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution with development and functional teams.
  • Support release planning and go-live readiness assessments.
  • Ensure appropriate test coverage for workflows, integrations, and CMDB dependencies.
  • Provide clear testing status reporting to program leadership.

Overview

We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a ServiceNow Test Lead for our Life science client.

ABOUT THE PROJECT: Our client is a global enterprise organization accelerating a large-scale ServiceNow implementation across multiple regions and operating companies. The program spans both ITSM and ITOM and requires strong quality assurance leadership to ensure platform stability, integration integrity, and release readiness.

Responsibilities
  • Defining and executing the ServiceNow testing strategy across ITSM and ITOM
  • Leading system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities
  • Coordinating testing efforts across multiple teams and regions
  • Managing defect tracking, triage, and resolution with development and functional teams
  • Supporting release planning and go-live readiness assessments
  • Ensuring appropriate test coverage for workflows, integrations, and CMDB dependencies
  • Providing clear testing status reporting to program leadership
Role Details

Location: UK or Europe (Remote)

Duration: 6-month contract

Work hours: Full-time, aligned to regional business hours
