Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager managing a team.
• Experience in an Operational role within the Lift industry.
• Hold a full UK Driving License and willing to travel.
• Ability to work well with others and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational metrics in line with targets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and installation engineers.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure service satisfaction.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews for all projects.
• Achieve snag-free handovers to service.
