Qualifications

  • Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
  • Excellent understanding of EYFS.
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
  • Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education.
  • Lead, mentor and support the nursery team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families and external agencies.
