Role Overview
Join the Wireless Logic Adventure: As our new L&D Co-ordinator, you are the heartbeat of our people’s growth journey! Your mission is to support the delivery of a world-class development experience for every single person across the Wireless Logic Group. From welcoming new starters during induction to keeping our global learning platforms buzzing, you’ll ensure that learning is accessible, engaging, and impactful. This isn’t just about "admin"—it’s about being the engine room for a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Learning & Development, you’ll be a key player in a collaborative People & Culture team. You’ll have a global remit, building relationships with internal stakeholders across the world and partnering with external training suppliers. You won’t just be watching from the sidelines; you’ll have the chance to deliver junior-level training and facilitate workshops, making a tangible impact on our team's success.
