Job summary

A leading clean energy firm located in Salisbury is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead a major Design & Build programme for a UAV manufacturing operation. The role involves managing projects from early concept and design through to construction, fit-out, and operational handover, in a secure and technically complex environment. Ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work, experience with relocations, and eligibility for SC Clearance. This high-profile role offers competitive contract rates and the potential for an extended stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defence, MOD, Aerospace or regulated environments.
• Strong background in manufacturing, warehouses, labs, offices or production facilities.
• Eligible for SC Clearance (or already cleared).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full RIBA lifecycle (Stages 0-7).
• Lead pre-construction, design coordination and technical planning.
• Oversee site moves and equipment relocation.

Skills

Proven experience delivering Design & Build or capital projects

Strong knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work

Contractor management and construction delivery experience

Experience with relocations or site expansions

Education

MCIOB or APM qualification
