• Ideally have experience within retail or a consumer-facing environment.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop finance teams.
• Experience with month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
• Drive process improvements and support commercial initiatives.

Skills

Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role

Strong people management skills

Excellent technical accounting knowledge

Commercial mindset

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
